00:03:39 ◼   ► But I don't need to look at that to know that the foam is very firm because that's how it

00:05:09 ◼   ► It presses in and it's painful, and I didn't have that with the AirPods Pro 2.

00:05:16 ◼   ► I don't, I'm, the thing that I'm not getting my head around fully is, like, what were they

00:05:23 ◼   ► And it seems like that they just made so many decisions to try and improve noise cancellation,

00:05:28 ◼   ► and I just don't know that they needed to change the product so significantly to do that.

00:05:37 ◼   ► Yeah, and unlike a lot of other products they sell, like, you can't get the AirPods Pro 2.

00:05:47 ◼   ► So now it's AirPods 4, AirPods 4 with ANC, AirPods Pro 3.

00:05:52 ◼   ► This is why, for me, like, I'm very much, this is just how I operate in a lot of things.

00:08:13 ◼   ► Yeah, so when we spoke last week, I just kind of got back to wear on my Apple Watch again,

00:08:19 ◼   ► and I just had a couple of additional things to say now being back on it after having not worn one for a couple of, I feel like it was nearly a couple of months.

00:08:28 ◼   ► Having timers back on my wrist was really good.

00:08:32 ◼   ► I was having to just, like, remember times of things.

00:08:36 ◼   ► You know, it's like, okay, it's 1024.

00:08:38 ◼   ► I need to come back at 1029 to take this out of this boiling pot or whatever.

00:08:44 ◼   ► So I like having that.

00:08:46 ◼   ► One of the things that I did first, well, I did over the weekend, is I disabled the notifications from literally as many apps as possible in the Watch app on the phone to really try and, like, pare that down, which is good.

00:08:58 ◼   ► I like having fitness tracking back.

00:09:00 ◼   ► I think, ultimately, I'm not going to be renewing my subscription to Whoop.

00:09:06 ◼   ► Okay.

00:09:08 ◼   ► So once my year is up, which is soon, I'm just going to let that go.

00:09:11 ◼   ► And, ultimately, I don't really need to be wearing two things because they do report things differently.

00:09:16 ◼   ► And with all of these smart devices, like, you're never actually getting fully accurate information.

00:09:21 ◼   ► It's all just, like, you're just all going from a reference point, right?

00:09:26 ◼   ► So, like, you know, this will say your heart rate was elevated and this won't.

00:09:30 ◼   ► But then another day, this one will and this one won't.

00:09:33 ◼   ► And it's like, none of this is accurate enough to give you proper readings.

00:09:37 ◼   ► So you kind of just got to stick with one of them.

00:09:40 ◼   ► And I just will stick with the Apple Watch because I do believe, at least, that Apple's probably got this one taken care of.

00:09:48 ◼   ► And also, you know, for all the reasons that I watch Apple's keynotes and feel guilty about not wearing an Apple Watch.

00:09:56 ◼   ► Like, I know that they do a good job of, like, hot stuff or whatever.

00:10:04 ◼   ► So one of the issues I was...

00:10:06 ◼   ► One of the main reasons I stopped wearing the watch is because my child loves looking at the watch and grabbing the watch.

00:10:14 ◼   ► Cinema mode mostly handles it for me.

00:10:18 ◼   ► And what I have done is build a shortcut that will toggle cinema mode and assign it to the action button on the Ultra.

00:10:28 ◼   ► So as soon as she starts grabbing it, I hit the button.

00:10:31 ◼   ► I wished it would turn the screen off immediately.

00:10:33 ◼   ► Like, you have to do that thing where you cover the screen to get it to go off.

00:10:37 ◼   ► But then it's off.

00:10:38 ◼   ► And she's not as drawn to it then.

00:10:41 ◼   ► So that works great.

00:10:43 ◼   ► Also, 26...

00:10:48 ◼   ► Oh, let me answer this question and then make another point.

00:10:53 ◼   ► Reduced transparency can be toggled within the accessibility settings inside of the Apple Watch.

00:11:01 ◼   ► This is about me not liking the way that liquid glass looks.

00:11:04 ◼   ► I would say there has been a tweak in, I think, 26.0.2 or 0.1 where some elements have been more frosted.

00:11:13 ◼   ► Like, the passcode UI was the thing that I thought looked absolutely atrocious.

00:11:18 ◼   ► They've now kind of frosted that more than it's, like, glassy.

00:11:21 ◼   ► And it looks way better.

00:11:23 ◼   ► I would like them to do the same to notifications on the Apple Watch.

00:11:26 ◼   ► Maybe they will.

00:11:27 ◼   ► I don't know.

00:11:29 ◼   ► But one thing that I've noticed, which I don't really understand what's going on here,

00:11:33 ◼   ► is the notifications for the Dew app are just totally busted.

00:11:39 ◼   ► So I get a notification and it has, it should have four options, right?

00:11:44 ◼   ► For, like, snoozing it for, like, 10 minutes, an hour, a day, or whatever I have.

00:11:48 ◼   ► They don't show until I scroll the notification.

00:11:52 ◼   ► Like, they just don't show at all.

00:11:54 ◼   ► Like, the UI is just not loading.

00:11:55 ◼   ► It's very strange.

00:11:56 ◼   ► I don't know whose problem this is.

00:11:59 ◼   ► Like, is it too many options and Apple's breaking, the notification's breaking,

00:12:03 ◼   ► or does the developer need to do something?

00:12:05 ◼   ► But, like, the watch, for me, is, like, the worst place for the redesign.

00:12:10 ◼   ► I know people are really focusing on macOS, but, like, for me, it's the watch.

00:12:15 ◼   ► Like, it just, there are so many elements on the watch, it just don't look right.

00:12:18 ◼   ► It just does not look right.

00:12:20 ◼   ► But, yeah.

00:12:22 ◼   ► Back on the Apple Watch.

00:12:25 ◼   ► I would say the photo's face is just the best.

00:12:27 ◼   ► Oh, my God.

00:12:28 ◼   ► It does make the Apple Watch worth wearing.

00:12:30 ◼   ► The photo's watch face, the photo shuffle face, put people you love in it,

00:12:34 ◼   ► and it's just, like, every day, I'm greeted with a selection of images,
